Muy decepcionado con este concesionario. Intentar contactar con ellos por teléfono es misión imposible: llamadas sin respuesta, sin devolución de llamadas y una atención al cliente inexistente. Si desaparecen así, da mucha desconfianza sobre el servicio que ofrecen. Una pena, porque la comunicación básica debería ser lo mínimo en cualquier empresa seria.

I’m shocked from my experience at this dealership.
To book an appointment is very difficult , because the lack of communication. There are not too many workers that speak English ,Even tho they should,due to the fact that they are a big company. When I dropped my vehicle for the day that was booked I noticed the service guy had no English language skills.Even tho I understand Spanish I rather speak English . My truck had little computer job to be done , but they couldn’t tell me how long it will take . Anyway I had to rent a car and pay because they don’t have complimentary car service.
After 3 days still no one called me and gave me any information about what’s going on with my vehicle. I had to call and beg for info three days after I drop the vehicle,The info I received was that they are just starting to work on my vehicle, and next day they will let me know .
The next day they told me nothing , even when I tried to call they were hanging up my direct calls, no one responding to my messages and calls. So I left them message that I’m going to pick up my vehicle.the next day I came to get my vehicle, the service is horrible there , they make you wait and don’t even page the person you are waiting for . When the service guy finally came he just told me where my truck is to get it . No explanation , so I asked what happened, he says they are busy and they don’t know how to fix the problem.first I was shock I didn’t expect this answer from certified dealership like this . So they actually didn’t do anything , my truck was in the same parking spot like I left it . No one was even trying to do anything , I just pay for rental for nothing . I’m shocked that this kind of service is certified. They should learn how to service vehicles.The fact that they actually made me to leave my truck there to sit in the parking lot for 5 days , without any info and making me pay for rental is unacceptable! They are unprofessional and without any customer service. They didn’t even apologized! shame on this dealership.

Impresionante de vertical que esta para poder subir personas discapacitadas!!!
Dicen que es temporal,y ya lleva año y algo sin solucionar accesos más comodos.
