Estepona Motor 4x4 - Taller Autorizado Land Rover y Ford en Estepona

Muy mala atención recibida por parte del responsable de recepción, acudí con la familia yendo de vacaciones con problemas en mi range Rover e hizo caso omiso q no situación , no volveré a acudir a este taller ni se lo aconsejo a nadie.NEFASTA EXPERIENCIA.

Llevé una furgoneta Ford Tránsit custom para un problema de OBD
No no solo no me solucionan el problema sino que me cobran por un servicio que no funcionó...sin embargo el la Ford de Algeciras en una hora ya sabían el problema
Les falta experiencia y profesionalidad ante este tipo de casos.

No sé como seran como taller, pero como personas ( el encargado del taller) no se puede tener menos empatia , la peor atención en un taller que he tenido nunca y eso que el coche es de su marca.
Un desastre y nada professional.

Llames a la hora que llames no hay manera de contactar con ellos, especialmente con recambios, no se toman nada enserio su trabajo siendo una casa oficial

Mal educados y poco pofesionales.... Espero que recordeis bien a la chica Holandesa que estuvo alli el otro dia con un problema. Ni una pizca de amabilidad.

Nos han facilitado toda la información que necesitabamos, con mucha amabilidad y sin prisa alguna.

Nous nous sommes déplacés le lundi pour prendre rdv afin de faire une révision,rdv fixé au jeudi, nous venons le jeudi après 30min de route,on nous laisse rentrer le véhicule à l'atelier puis le chef d'atelier fait mine de ne pas nous reconnaître,au bout de 10min nous dit que le rdv est soit disant 18 jours plus tard alors que nous sommes en vacances. De plus nous avons vu des rdv dispo sur internet ce jour, nous repartons sans solution en nous disant d'aller ailleurs.

Took my Range Rover sport here, I just wanted them to change the rear differential seal/pinion seal, they said they need the car for a full day to inspect the job first, I took it to Land Rover in palmones, a fitter came out looked under the car confirmed it was the seal and booked it in

Took my Range Rover here whilst on holiday in the area as it had developed an annoying vibration I wanted checked out. The team (especially Francisco) were fantastic. The problem was diagnosed and fixed on the same day (luckily it was a small issue) and was excellent value.
I was initially unsure about taking the car into a garage I wasn’t familiar with, and in a country where I didn’t speak the language but I couldn’t have had better service and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again should I need to.

Status 15 December 2025:
Dear Range Rover Team
Due to my positive experience in January 2023, I made for my car F_ GM an appointment, needed however to cancel, but could not cancel because:
 The only email address accessible via your website informed me after my second cancellation email: "Dear Mr. ___: Regarding your email I am afraid we dont control the retailers agenda. You must call the retailer and cancel. Kind regards.
 I just had an appointment without any further information. I therefore could no use the cancellation function on your website (though I doubt that it works technically)
 I tried to reach you on phone several times, however without success.
All in all, I regret to have been today a “now show”, suggest however very kindly that you review your communication lines.

Status January 2023:
I needed a new battery for my Range, they changed it same day and I could wait there, took about 30 min. Thanks to the service team for their competence and friendliness.
