In May this year, my fist 500x overheated so was taken to this garage. Two weeks later they told me the head gasket needed work, it was damaged. The car has been in this garage for 6 weeks and still no imformation. I call, no answer, we text, hardly ever get a response, yet the messages are read. Ok we didnt have an appointment as the car broke down unexpectedly but this is so unacceptable. Im so angry about the time its taking BUT more so about the complete LACK of customer services... Its a shambles. If I could, I would organise a grua to pick it up and I would take it elsewhere... Would be much cheaper faster and better customer services. I will NEVER use this garage again.

We are sorry that you feel this way, but we would like to clarify that your vehicle arrived at our workshop without a prior appointment as a breakdown, and it was explained from the outset that it would be attended to as soon as our workload allowed. This was understood and accepted when the vehicle was left with us.
During the diagnosis, a damaged cylinder head gasket was identified, requiring the cylinder head to be removed and sent to a specialised machine shop. This type of repair depends on external processes and, unfortunately, the completion date cannot always be predicted with certainty.
We understand that waiting can be frustrating. However, we cannot provide dates that we are not in a position to guarantee. Throughout this process, we have prioritised carrying out the repair correctly rather than making promises we could not keep.
The repair is currently in its final stage, and we appreciate your patience while the work is completed.
