We walked into our local Mini & BMW car dealership. We had prepared well at home using the Mini configurator. Upon entering, a salesperson was completely engrossed in his mobile phone and did not make eye contact with us at any point. The fact that he had erected a barricade in front of his desk with a huge roof box didn't help either.

We therefore walked on to the reception, who eventually referred us to the salesperson we had passed earlier.

During this second encounter, his phone seemed more important again, but we still managed to get his attention. We explained that we would like to view the Mini Countryman and that we already knew exactly which model and configuration we preferred.

After indicating a few times that we were looking for a new car, he wanted to go through the complete configurator before we could proceed. I pointed out that I had already done that at home and that I didn't need to come to the showroom for that. We wanted to see the car first. But that was not possible. We keep asking if it is possible for you to bring a car to the branch in Finestrat in the coming weeks so that we can come back, but that also turns out to be a huge problem.

After we indicate that we will leave it at that, he still wants our phone number. But as far as we are concerned, it is already too late.

I find it incomprehensible that a brand like Mini (and with it BMW) allows their beautiful brand to be represented by a man who shows in no way that he is an ambassador for Mini. Enjoying your work and making people enthusiastic about the product you sell—in this case, a Mini—is surely the basis of your job. Very unprofessional. We are now choosing to drive 1.5 hours to a car dealer who is a worthy ambassador for this beautiful car brand.

Tuve un problema con las tuercas de seguridad del coche y aún no teniendo disponibilidad me buscaron hueco y solucionaron el problema en 30 min, lo que tardé en tomarte el café que me invitaron. Gracias a Alejandro por ser todo soluciones y a Maxi por el excelente servicio.

Muy decepcionado. Entro a las 7:50 de la tarde para preguntar por un I7 (coche de más de 100.000 €), y poco menos que me echan a la calle porque es casi la hora de cierre. Y me cierran con llave. Así pocas ganas me entran de comprar un BMW

Encantada con este taller!!, si hubiera más, le pondría 10 estrellas!
Desde que compré un Mini fuí por primera vez, y la verdad que el equipo humano es inmejorable, tanto Sandra que siempre te atiende con una sonrisa, como Oscar, que es super amable y profesional y te asesora en todo lo que necesitas, ha respondido a todas mis dudas, ya que yo no conocía bien mi coche.

En lugar de un taller mecánico, parece un spa para coches, reina el buen hacer y aunque están muy ocupados te dan toda la atención y te hacen sentir apreciada como clienta.

Sin duda un equipo humano inmejorable

Fuí porque el coche hacía mucho ruido, y según algunos era "normal" por ser diesel, sin embargo ellos lo revisaron y repararon y ahora mi Mini diesel está muy silencioso. El cambio es muy notorio.

El mejor taller que he visitado. Gran calidad humana y técnica
