Mr. Denny, we regret that your experience with us was negative. After receiving this review, we spoke with the team that handled your booking. It was certainly a very busy weekend. You had booked a Volkswagen Polo, a Class B vehicle, and our team changed it to a Volkswagen T-Cross Active, respecting the same contract terms. Regarding the fuel issue you mentioned, the vehicle must be returned with the same amount of fuel. You received a full tank and it had to be returned full as well.

We have carefully read the account of the events you describe in your review and regret that you had to go through this experience. We are concerned about your experience with the vehicle. The vehicle has up-to-date maintenance and we have subjected it to several test drives outside of urban areas, but we did not notice any irregularities. This does not mean anything is wrong, and the next step was to take it to a mechanic.
Mr. Denny, we must address your comment about a member of our team. You stated that this person was fully aware of the problem with the vehicle. We, from management, must inform you that your words were not well received and are not constructive. We understand that a review is meant to allow customers to express their experience, whether positive or negative, but this comment suggests a different intention.

We regret that our explanations were not to your liking. Our apology was in accordance with our commercial guarantee on your behalf. Regarding the fuel issue, most rental agencies worldwide offer a full/full fuel policy. Mr. Denny, with the best of intentions, we would like to advise you that if you encounter any problems while driving a rental vehicle, please use the telephone numbers provided by the rental agencies for assistance.
