It’s not often you walk into a car rental place and immediately feel you’re dealing with real, honest human beings — but that’s exactly what happened with Alexandra at RENTME.

From the very first moment, she was warm, relaxed, and incredibly trustworthy. No pressure, no suspicion, no complicated rules — just a straightforward, kind person who treats you with respect.

She even asked if I preferred to pay in cash (something most rental companies would instantly reject). For anyone who’s ever struggled with deposits, cards, or digital-only banks like Revolut, this level of flexibility and trust is rare and deeply appreciated.

I needed the car for a few extra days and she simply said:

Alquilamos un coche en Santa Ponsa con esta empresa y desde el inicio, todo fueron facilidades. Se molestaron en encontrarnos un coche en temporada alta, tuvimos un percance por un retraso de un vuelo y nos permitieron llegar 30’ tarde a devolverlo. En todo momento se pusieron en nuestro lugar ayudando y facilitando. Les pongo 5 estrellas porque no puedo poner 5000…muchísimas gracias por vuestro trato tan humano!🙏🏼❤️
