Tijdens onze vakantie in Spanje helaas te maken gehad met vandalisme. Onze zijspiegel van de Mercedes er moedwillig vanaf gesloopt.
Gelukkig heeft de garage ons super snel en fijn geholpen waardoor we weer veilig naar huis konden rijden.
Zeer goede service en vriendelijk contact gehad!

ABSOLUTLEY INCREEDIBLE SERVICE
I found myself in big trouble away from home (UK). My parking brake lights would not shut off even after releasing it, causing the alarm to go off constantly. Add to that we had to drive back to UK from Spain (Begur area) 1500 Kilometers the next day, so waiting for parts etc.…would have caused havoc, so you can imagine the stress level.
I tried a general service center very near, (to avoid added driving), but they said it would take at least a day to even diagnose, so I thought let me go to the local Mercedes Dealer; SO GLAD I DID.
Carlos greeted me at the Mercedes Ocasio Estrella around 9:30 am, after I described my problem and circumstance, even though they were very busy, he very kindly said to come back after lunch, and they’ll see what they can do.
I went back after lunch and Lorenzo managed to look at it and said your issue is a simple one, the sensor had dropped off the parking brake and fixed it on the spot and didn’t even charge me for it.
Imagine the relief from not knowing what would happen to getting back on track in a matter of minutes all because two great gentlemen provided INCREADIBLE SERVICE and got this Mercedes customer sorted.
I think Mercedes Benz should be proud of having such AMAZING people (Lorenzo and Carlos) representing them.
I simply cannot recommend Mercedes Ocasio Estrella and Lorenzo and Carlos enough. You must experience it for yourself and become a loyal customer as I have become.
