Mixed experience.

On 2 occasions Pepe (Part owner of the business) picked me up smelling strongly of alcohol. The first occasion he picked me up in La Mata near Torrevieja in the day time whilst I was alone and as it was a short journey to their office in Torrevieja, I didn't mind so much. The 2nd time he collected my family to take me, my wife and my 5 year old daughter to take us to Alicante Airport at 4 in the morning he smelt strongly of alcohol again - this time I did mind as he was not just driving me but also my family 1 hour away to the airport. I insisted that I would drive as I did not feel safe with a drunk driver taking me and my family to the airport at 4 in the morning. To make matters worse, whilst I was driving he kept aggressively grabbing the steering wheel and telling me what gear to use etc. Overall he became generally unfriendly and borderline aggressive after I took over from driving. He did admit he was drinking a few hours before but says "it was just beer", he also sent me a voicemail message on Whatsap again saying it "was just beer" but this doesn't make it acceptable. I would have let this incident go if Pepe had not became so unfriendly towards me after I took over driving, the thing is I would not have had to drive if he hadn't turned up at 4 in the morning stinking of alcohol to drive a family to the airport.

If they offer a taxi service, please be careful. I believe Pepe is a regular heavy drinker, as on both occasions when he collected me he had been drinking before. If someone wants to drink that's fine, but do not offer taxi services after drinking. It's highly unprofessional and dangerous.

The car hire service they provided was great, no complaints there. The car was reliable and a reasonable price.

Enkelt och smidigt, vi hyrde en lite äldre Merceders A-klasse, i tre dygn, 75 euro(men vi fick ha den i tre och ett halvt dygn). Den funkade bra, om än lite sliten. Kommer att hyra där fler ggr, rekomenderas!! P.S. Alla talade svenska :)
