Atención que a nadie se le ocurra comprar una coche aquí, mienten, estafan y luego se limpian las manos. Compre un coche con el error de no revisarlo a fondo, en claxon no funcionaba, había un agujero por debajo del volante, al cerrar con la lleva se quedaba una puerta abierta, la chica que trabaja para ellos maja pero se dejaba engañar por ellos, ya que solo seguía las normas de un “jefe” , el cual se trata de un hombre ruso o ucraniano muy maleducado que lleva dos caras. No os van a dar ni uno a solución en cuanto lo compréis, ya que “ya lo has comprado, problema tuyo”. A los dos años de comprarlo me están llegando cartas de una deuda que tienen ellos de mucho dinero que se la envían a todo aquel que compre ahí. CUIDADO

These people are con artists avoid at all costs, we bought our from them an Opel Zafira less than 8 months ago, we have driven it less than 2000km and it has broken down and now requires 2500€ to repair after countless messages to them they have said the warranty cover nothing below and they are refusing to help or do anything about it. Taylor is absolutely useless, the warranty they claim they have on the car is not worth the paper it is written on.
Taylor who is also bilingual refuses in many communications to translate.i have spoken with Vauxhall in the UK and they have said they are not part of a service schedule as mentioned by their warranty provider.

1° the FAP and the EGR are maintenance parts, they are parts that are not broken, if not dirty due to carbon, the same workshop does not change it but takes it to be cleaned by ultrasound, indicated on the invoice.

THOSE THAT CORRESPOND TO MAINTENANCE ARE EXCLUDED.

Esas piezas que nos remites. No están dentro de una garantía de vehículo de segunda mano.
Explicación y sentido
de la negación de cobertura.
1° el FAP Y la EGR son piezas de mantenimiento, son piezas que no están rotas, si no sucias por la carbonilla, el mismo taller no la cambia si no que la lleva a limpiar por ultrasonido, indicado en la factura.
2° el un vehículo de estos años y km es normal que esas piezas estén cerca de sus límites y le corresponde el mantenimiento al dueño del vehículo en ese momento.
3° La responsabilidad del vendedor y de la garantia es la de repara las piezas ROTAS POR AVERIAS FORTUITAS, NUNCA PROVOCADAS DE LAS PIEZAS DEL MOTOR.
QUEDANDO EXCLUIDAS LAS QUE CORRESPONDEN AL MANTENIMIENTO.
Ejemplo de piezas de mantenimiento:
Filtro de aire, filtro de aceite, pastillas de freno, embrague, ruedas, batería, FAP, EGR, etc.

No se puede dar cero por eso pongo una sola estrella. El dueño un mal educado y borde. Cero respeto y paciencia. En cuanto a la chica no puedo decir lo mismo. Mucha educación y tranquilidad. Nuestro problema que nos ha traido un coche acabado de pasar itv sin claxon. O sea que nos ibamos de alli sin poder utilizar el claxon. Como es posible a ver pasado la itv asi?? Ademas de otras deficiencias que vimos cuando se fue a cerrar el trato y el señor que eso no se lo habíamos dicho la primera vez. Bueno si lo vas a vender intenta arreglarlo todo y que el cliente salga de alli con un coche seguro. Lo recomiendo cero.

MAL, Compraventa sin palabra ni transparencia, hace poco compré un Ford Focus con los amortiguadores para cambiar ( y aún así paso la ITV algo tan importante para la seguridad), eso ya lo sabíamos pero acordamos un trato aún así, lo peor de todo llega cuando nos damos cuenta que pierde mucho aceite por el retén del cigüeñal, fuimos a decirlo y solo nos decían que tenía compañía de garantía pero nadie se hizo cargo del daño ( que ellos sabían) que tenía el coche, ni ellos ni la garantía, penoso si queréis coches con fallos ocultos y sin seguro es el sitio indicado.TRAMPOSOS

E comprado un coche en setiembre del 2020 y me lo vendieron con la seguridad q estaba perfecto... Y a los 2 meses de uso tuve q cambiarle la correa de distribución y bomba de agua q estaba re gastada ya q me lo habían vendido en óptimas condiciones según ellos y ya le habían cambiado todo y no fue así.... No recomiendo ese lugar para comprar coches.. El dueño un borde y mal educado

Well, so I asked them to sell my car, which was a very bad idea. They sold it but haven't paid me and it's been a little over more than three months. I guess they basically stole the money? Also spoke to a Norwegian guy who had bought a car from them and it was in much worse shape than advertised and they refused to fix it or take it back. So, essentially a couple of russian scammers pretending to run a car business.

Achtung! Hier werden absolute Schrottautos zu völlig überteuerten Preisen verkauft. Wir sind leider auch reingefallen. Wie sich herausstellte, war der Kilometerstand manipuliert und auch sonst nur leichte Kosmetik betrieben um die Fehler zu vertuschen. Wir hatten so viele Probleme mit dem Wagen und mussten am Ende mehrere tausend Euro draufzahlen, damit er überhaupt noch gefahren ist. Der tatsächliche Wert des Autos war nicht mal 1/4.

We have had nothing but an awful nightmare.
They sold us a car that broke down after 2 weeks. Kept the car for weeks in the meantime we had to pay for a hire car. They gave it back to us and within 3 days broke down again.
They gave us a car from their garage to use this time. Which after a few weeks broke down on the AP-7 causing a traumatic experience and an accident on this road.
We have paid over €1000 to an independent garage to get the issues fixed. Who also say the wiring has been tampered with and need to go to specialist. None of the electric windows work and the warning lights are all continuously on.
We have had nothing back from the garage no resolution, no compensation they are just ignoring our calls and messages.
Our car is still not fixed, so we feel so worried to drive anywhere. Let alone letting with our children and my disabled mother.
The garage knows all of this information and still no reply.
We are taking legal action now as this is gross misconduct, unprofessional, and totally unacceptable.
This garage needs to be investigated.

J ai réservé une voiture en septembre. 111000 km. J en prends livraison ce jour mais pressée je n ai pas vérifié la voiture.
Ce soir je m aperçois qu elle est passée de 111000 km à 120000km.
J ai envoyé un mail. Je changerai mon avis en fonction de la réponse.

Jag ser att många har haft problem med dessa. Vi köpte vår bil som det var problem med växellåda ac och radio funkade inte lämnade bilen för att de skulle fixa detta. Då har vi varit där ett antal gånger för att hämta som de sagt. Hela tiden sa de kom tillbaka om en vecka så har vi löst problemet. Detta tog 1.5år skulle då hämta men då var vi tvungna att köpa nytt batteri för bilen gick inte igång
Ock bilen var inte fixad mycket dålig stil. Bilen var ju inte gratis👎👎

Seriös bilhandlare som gjorde ett bra intryck på oss när vi köpte vår bil. De servade bilen innan köpet, bytte olja och filter samt kamrem. Taylor som pratar engelska är jättebra att ha och göra med! Rekommenderas!

Kjøpte bruktbil. Meget hyggelig og serviceminded selger med god kunnskap om bilene som var inne. Engelskspråklig. Fikk akkurat det vi trengte, og vi har fått god oppfølging med de små manglene som var når vi kjøpte. Mangler vi ble gjort oppmerksom på av selger.

Five stars because they deserve it, allways best service, friendly and polite. Love these guys. Absolutely reliable and very helpful. I will be back next time ☺️
