We recently contacted Venus Cars to sell our campervan. They replied quickly and started the process going straight away. Travelling a round trip of over 800km to visit us to appraise the vehicle, Ginny and Nigel made the process very easy. Courteous, friendly and helpful, we were able to complete the transaction and transfer with the maximum of ease. I could not recommend their service more highly.

This company was a pleasure to do business with and stress free. The vehicle was handed over in excellent condition and a small part that was missing, was ordered and given to us in a few days. Highly recommend them.

We have bought 2 motorhomes from Venus Cars and always found Nigel and Ginny to be friendly and helpful. There Motorhomes are always spotless and in excellent condition. They have also bought motorhomes back from us, when we decided that we wanted sell. I can recommend if you want a quality motorhome use Venus Cars. They also do all the paperwork and Ginny speaks perfect Spanish if you are ever worried about insurance etc. that you dont understand.

We moved over here in 2020 & initially bought a lovely Little Corsa for my wife. Ginny & Nigel were superb with us (from the condition of the car to all the paperwork ). We literally had to do nothing other than drive the car away.
This year (after much pestering from my wife!!) we have upgraded her car - Venus cars part exchanged the little Corsa for the newer upgrade & once again everything was done for us
I cannot speak highly enough of them - obviously I would strongly recommend them to anyone

Bought a 10 year old lovely Ford C Max off them last year. The people there were very professional and friendly, they couldn’t do enough. It was serviced and cam belt changed before we picked it up and the cars has run beautifully ever since. I’d have no hesitation buying from Venus again.

We bought a Burstner Motorhome from Venus cars which we are now enjoying. We found Ginny and Nigel very honest and obligingly helpful in all the dealings we had with them.We would certainly do business with them again. Before you buy from them, make sure you check the service history of the vehicle you're buying from them, get an independent inspection and check your consumer rights under Spanish law. Spanish law regarding buying a car from a used car dealership states that the dealer should offer you a 12 month guarantee. I too bought from this guy on trust and lived to regret it. They are very friendly, but that doesn't make them professional. We bought the car in July 2022 with only 3 months guarantee and had a couple of minor problems almost right away and a major problem at 4 months. First thing, the horn didn't work, and they fixed that. Shortly after one of the sun visors broke off and we had to pay them to fix it. Then the Battery had to be changed which again we paid for, then the diesel Injector had to be replaced at 4 months. I politely approached Nigel Venus to ask for some help and was shocked at the change of language and attitude, when he pretty much told me that was sods law and where to go. When I checked the paperwork I found that at the time he sold us the car it was actually overdue a service by about 6,000 kms. A professional business would generally make sure that at least the routine service and maintenance work was complete before the car was sold to a customer. We paid €5000 for the car and within the first 3000 kms we've spent over €700 on repairs. More fool me! But just glad I'm not spending €40-50k on a dream car or camper.

I purchased my little 'runaround' this week and truly delighted with the service. They were so kind and considerate and brought my car to my home and did all the necessary paperwork there. Highly recommended. Thank you Nigel and Ginny. Kind regards. Sue
