We bought a car online. AutosDirect was the only one who reacted quickly and kept informing us on the options and the progress.

An airport transfer was arranged, we picked up a 20 year old car which looked new in pristine condition. The necessary repairs and maintenance was taken care off. The window motor needed replacement, which they will do in our absence.

Great service, very kind people and no hassle whatsoever. To be trusted.

Me and my wife bought a lovely car from Autos Direct 14 months ago , had been in contact with Alex one or two months earlier and I was shure after that conversation that we would stick to Autos Direct and find a car there, felt a good vibes that you usually dont find in car sales companys.
And after going home to Iceland over the Cristmas and coming back in the new year we found a Ford Kuga 2017 and bought it and everything regarding the sale was easy going and professional.
And then for the delivery of the car we met Siane in aftersale, and the good vibes continued, everything so friendly and professional .
And few days later I noticed a damage under a plastic cover on the bonnet and after discussion with Siane and Kevin the owner they took the car and repainted the bonnet and we got a car in the meantime.
Then in Nowember the car was stolen in front of our house, police report filed and I contacted Siane for information regarding the insurance and se told me to bring the police report to her and se would take care of this for us, and after we flew home the car was found and was taken to Autos Direct and they took care of everything until my wife came back in february, but few days later the car was stolen again, probably tracker installed by the thiefs and now more then 45 days later not found.
And now we are waiting for the insurance company to close the case with help from Siane.
And now we have bought another car from Autos Direct and same super service as before.
I can,t thank Siane enough for all her work for us and have been very vocal about it to all my friends in Spain and I highly reccomend Autos Direct to everyone who is looking for a car , at least we know where wewill go for the next upgrade 😊

There is a 5 star review from me on their website, this is when we bought a car from them, this is a true reflection of what happened on that occasion, however selling our car to them was an extremely negative experience, even though this was August last year I think it's only fair to us to share our last experience. In order to receive a 5 star review you have to give a 5 star service unfortunately this did not occur when selling you our car. Would not recommend selling your car to them

Bought two vehicles now from Autos Direct and the service from them has been exemplary. First point of contact was Alex in sales and at no point was there any pressure to buy a car unlike other dealers I’ve been to in the past. My second vehicle had a recall from Opel and as I wasn’t in Spain Siane in after sales arranged to have my car collected from Alicante airport parking, delivered it to Opel, then returned it to the airport on completion of the check. I have not encountered service like this before and I can’t thank Autos Direct enough. Highly recommended.
