J'ai été ravie d'avoir acheté une voiture chez eux. Ils sont très professionnel et toujours à l'écoute. Si j'ai un problème je les appelle et ils sont là pour le résoudre. Vous pouvez leur acheter une voiture les yeux fermés.

I purchased a Peugeot 206 Cabrio from Catalexcars in El Chaparral, Torrevieja on 17 July 2023 for €4,000.
On 12 August 2023, I returned the vehicle due to multiple issues: non-functioning air conditioning, very hard steering, and a blocked electric window.
On 5 September 2023, €1,500 was refunded to my bank account.  On 14 September 2023, another €1,500 was refunded. I was informed that the remaining €1,000 would be paid once the vehicle was resold.
On 28 September 2023, Adrian Francisc confirmed via WhatsApp that the car had been sold for €7,000.
Despite this confirmation, the outstanding €1,000 has never been paid.
Over the past three years I chose not to leave a review, hoping the matter would be resolved privately. In September 2025, when I visited the garage to request the outstanding amount, I was asked to leave the office.
As of today, the €1,000 remains unpaid.
I am simply sharing my experience so that other customers can make informed decisions.

I stand by my review and real experience. Instead of addressing the car issues and unpaid balance, you attacked my character. At 74, I expected honesty and respect—not discrimination. My warning to others: be cautious with this dealership. Accountability and good service are clearly lacking.

It is so lovely to hear from you again.
There are so many things I could add here, but as a professional dealer i will stay with the facts. Your state of mind can be assessed by anyone that reads this review.
Firstly, you purchased a car in 2023, we are now in 2026, some three years later.
You say we sold you the car for €4000 and offered you €3000 to return it and then resold it for €7000, but would give you the €1000 when the vehicle was sold.
Why would we sell you a car for €4000, then sell it two months later for €7000? Surely, we would have sold it to you for €7000, no? I have checked all correspondance with you from 2023 and it clearly shows you accepted €3000 and received €3000 by way of a bank transfer. I also have a signed contract from you. I can also prove how much we later sold the car for, which is none of your business, but a lot less than the €7000 you are alleging.
Anyway, let's move on to the day you came into our office a few weeks ago. Screaming at us like you were possessed, refusing to give us your name or the details of the car. Excuse me if I cannot remember everyone I have sold a car to. Then, you demanded, again at the top of your voice, that a vehicle you had broken down in, which was not purchased here, that we drop what we are doing and give you a lift home.
Yes, you were ejected from our office and the reason being, there were no medical staff here to help restrain you.
You clearly have more issues than just a car.
