EXPERIENCIA NEFASTA. No recomiendo bajo ningún concepto la compra aquí.
Miramos un coche con pocos kilómetros y a buen precio, que apalabramos que iríamos a comprar al día siguiente por la mañana. Nos dicen que sin problema lo haríamos todo al día siguiente ya que estábamos decididas a que el coche fuese nuestro. No tenía matrícula ni ITV ni nada de nada porque decían que era de clientes extranjeros. El papeleo y matriculación dijeron que llevaría una semana.
Y “misteriosamente” cuando fuimos a formalizar todo y a pagarlo, vemos que ya está vendido Y MATRICULADO!!!!!. Un engaño ya que ni habían respetado la palabra que nos dieron de hacer la venta con nosotras y además decían que no tenía matrícula y llevaría una semana dársela.
La palabra de estos señores no infunde confianza y las ofertas que tienen dudo que sean tales ofertas de venta. Tengan cuidado.
Bueno... Ahora que he dejado de reírme y de reportar tus mentiras a Google, te responderé.
Primero, viniste el sábado y viste dos coches que teníamos, ambos Peugeot 207 descapotables, uno rojo y otro blanco.
Pensaste que el blanco era tu favorito.
Me preguntaste si podía guardártelo hasta el lunes, pero te dije, como les digo a todos, que sí, si pagabas una fianza. Te negaste a pagarla y te informaron que no podía guardártelo sin fianza.
Volviste el lunes para volver a echarle un segundo vistazo y probar el coche, y dijiste que te encantaba.
De nuevo, te negaste a pagar la fianza y querías volver al día siguiente con tu hermana. De nuevo, te informé de que no podía reservarlo sin fianza. De nuevo, decidiste no reservarlo.
Entre entonces y tu regreso con tu hermana, vendí el vehículo a otra persona. Luego llegaste con tu hermana y, al darte cuenta de que lo habían vendido, te comportaste como una niña malcriada de dos años. Te obsesionaste y no escuchaste nada.
Ahora tienes la audacia de dejar una reseña de una estrella, porque le vendí un coche a otra persona y no quisiste pagarlo. Creo que, en lugar de buscar un coche, quizás deberías buscar un buen psiquiatra, ya que podría ayudarte mejor que nosotros.

I have been going to Catalex Cars with the intention of buying a car for nearly 6 months. Steve was incredibly helpful and extremely patient as I wasn't sure what I wanted to buy and obviously it is a major purchase. I am very grateful for this and I trust him completely. I finally bought the car I was looking for - actually the white Peugeot as per the review below. I went in on the Monday and Steve did say someone was interested and had been in twice but had not paid the deposit. I went back on Tuesday morning and no deposit had been paid so proceeded with the purchase.
We bought a Nissan Qashqai from this dealership. The car looked fine, and the staff were friendly. We received a one-year warranty.
After a few weeks, the engine warning light came on in red. The dealer repeatedly reset the error, claiming it was normal for a diesel in city driving. A few weeks later, the car completely lost power — it turned out the EGR needed replacement. We paid €340 for the repair by their “trusted mechanic.”
After only 120 km, the car broke down again. Another mechanic confirmed that the EGR had not been replaced — the pipe was only secured with insulating tape, not the proper clip. We paid €170 for the correct repair.
The dealer washed their hands of the issue, told us to contact the mechanic, and refuses to refund the money.
We do not recommend this dealership. The warranty is meaningless, and they do not take responsibility for their work

Thank you for taking the time to explain your version of events.
Firstly, we did not 'repeatedly reset the error' At no point did we ever say, the EGR needed replacing. We suggested a mechanic that could do the work for you and we offered to help you with this. We were not obligated to, as the EGR is not part of a warranty. The mechanic did what was required and the bill you paid was directly from him.
In relation to the comment from another mechanic, I obviously cannot and will not give an opinion on another persons work.
We have been dealing with this mechanic for many years and i can assure you, he would not have just put tape on anything.
I was looking into this issue for you, in order to try to resolve your issue, but in the meantime, you decided to put a negative review with meaningless pictures.
We did everything to try to assist you, like we always do with all our customers. On occassions we can have unhappy customers, like all businesses, we are not perfect.
On this occassion, you have been unfair with us, as this issue was done by an independant mechanic and not Catalexcars.
We have had a brilliant experience from start to finish, no hi pressured sales and i would say good selection of quality used cars. Steve was really good explaining how things are dealt with even had a small problem which was dealt with very well and efficiently. We would highly recommend Catalex Cars and even buy from them again in the future. Thanks guys 👍

Recently purchased a car from Catalex. Very good company to deal with. They took care of all the paperwork gave us a fair price for the car we part exchanged. Test drove the car on the Monday and it was ready for collection the following afternoon. Very professional company to deal with would highly recommend.
They also gave us plenty of helpful advice.
Dnes som si vyzdvihol moje auto. Cele to trvalo 7 dni, vsetko mi bolo vysvetlene a som velmi spokojny. Pristup personálu bol vynikajuci, velmi ochotny a nápomocny. Na auto ( motor, prevodovka) som dostal 1 rok záruku, super!
