Extremely negative experience with AutoOne Quesada.

We sold them our car in November of last year and signed a formal agreement under which they committed to paying us €1,000 per month until the full amount was settled. However, they have almost completely ignored their obligations.

At first, they promised to pay the full amount immediately. Later, they changed their position and said they would follow the agreed monthly payments and, if possible, pay even more. In reality, since January until today, they have paid only €1,000 in total — and nothing more.

Every time we called to resolve the issue peacefully, we were told that the payment would be transferred “within a couple of days.” These turned out to be nothing but empty promises. No payments followed. Just constant excuses, false assurances, and a complete lack of responsibility.

Now the situation has become even worse — they no longer answer phone calls and are completely ignoring us. This kind of behavior from a company involved in buying and selling vehicles is highly unprofessional and raises serious concerns about their honesty and reliability.

It gives the impression that once they received the car, they lost all interest in fulfilling their financial obligations. This level of disrespect toward clients and business partners is completely unacceptable.

I strongly advise everyone to avoid dealing with AutoOne Quesada if you do not want to face dishonesty, delayed payments, endless false promises, and a total lack of accountability.

Una empresa que es la típica empresa mentirosa,sin formalidad,sin palabra.Te promete y luego nada.Llamas ,les escribes y no te contestan.Iba comprar un coche y después de que hemos quedado que pasa la itv y me avisa ,..ahi se ha quedado todo.Ni quiero saber si se tiene que meter mano a la garantía.Parece que hacen un favor vendiendo coches .

Vorig jaar de Nederlandse auto ingeruild voor een Spaanse auto. Bij aflevering ontbrak een behuizing van de mistverlichting meerdere malen geappt, gemaild en gebeld behuizing nooit ontvangen. Nu bij de ITV keuring papieren trekhaak niet in orde. Er is mij dus een auto verkocht zonder de juiste documentatie. Er is een flink bedrag betaald bij het inruilen.
De Spaanse garage waar ik de pre iTV uit laat voeren heeft Nikita gebeld over de missende documenten van de trekhaak, die zaten niet bij de aankoop van de auto was zijn antwoord, zorg dan dat als er een auto wordt verkocht de papieren wel in orde zijn!
Ik raad dan ook niemand aan om hier een auto te kopen. Het is een makelaar en valt niet onder de noemer garantie van een garage zoals het hoort. Verkocht is verkocht nazorg komt niet voor bij deze autohandel.

Cuando les llame por teléfono para interesarme por un Lancia Voyager me dieron la información clara y precisa pero aún así por el acento extranjero del vendedor llegué a dudar de poder entenderme claramente con el , a los dos días me acerqué a su compraventa para ver el coche y ahí me mostraron lo profesionales que son ,me dieron mucha confianza y buen servicio , estoy tan satisfecha con este vendedor y empresa que quiero dejar mi reseña les doy un 10 ,no pueden mejorar más porque se desviven por satisfacer al cliente , muchas gracias por el trato recibido !
