Si sabes cual es el modelo que quieres comprar y obtienes un precio mejor que en otro concesionario, adelante. No va a ser fácil la gestión ya que la atención del personal es lamentable y todo cuesta un mundo con ellos.

Pero reza porque no tengas ningún problema con el coche y tengas que iniciar gestiones con ellos, ya que será un infierno.

Firstly, let me say I rarely give bad reviews, i normally give 4 or 5 stars if people have done there basic job.
I usually take my car to the Benissa Peugeot service centre but I thought I would try Denia since it is closer to me. The fact that a 6 year old car had to have the compressor replaced is another story and I can complain to Peugeot about that - it cost me a lot of money. ( I think Peugeot should cover most of the cost but I think it is my fault for not asking for assistance from Peugeot).

So the service did their basic job but it took over a week when it should have taken a day.

When I picked up the car I saw scuff marks on the rear drivers side, I am pretty sure they were not there when I dropped off the car, but I rubbed a bit of the white dust off and the paint looked ok, so I thought it was OK. But when I got it home and washed the back there are scratches on the car. I am pretty sure the car was fine before I dropped it off. I had washed the car before taking it and it was fine. It is possible the car was scuffed on the narrow road drive to Denia but I don't think so. So it would be my word against theirs and I doubt if anyone will own up to scraping the car.
When I drove back from picking up the car I tried to put on the wipers - there was washer fluid !.. officially that is illegal. So my advice , if you want to get a car repaired or serviced is to take it to Benissa. If you take it to Denia take photographs !

I have no complaints about the service representatives, my Spanish is not good but there were very nice.

Just a last note, I was looking to buy a plug in Hybrid small SUV, Peugeot was a possibility - but this experience put me off and I bought a KIA NIro instead.

It's a shame really - I love my little Peugeut 208 electric - it is a great car, but having to replace the compressor after just 6 years means I probably will not buy peugeot again.

Forget to mention , they had my car for a week and I did not get a courtesy car, even though I sent an email to request one beforehand - which was never answered.

Absolute Empfehlung. Erst hatte ich durch die Vergangenheit Bedenken mit Peugeot, aber meine nette Beraterin Nerea, hat mir meine Angst genommen und sich super um mein Anliegen gekümmert. Ich habe anschließend einen Peugeot Rifter Business bestellt. Sie hat sogar auf Deutsch mit mir kommuniziert. Einfach ein Stress freier Service.

Trato gefe de taller muy bueno. Gestiones y atención cliente mala.

El teléfono no es del taller, es de una central.
No puedes hablar con ellos aunque ses una cosa rápida.
Tardan mucho en contestarte.
El horario del taller es diferente al que aparece, que es el comercial.

Ponedlo aunque sea en la descripción de la empresa!!
