Terrible after sales service! I purchased my car from caetano Tec. when I purchased my car I could not of been happier with the service and my car and I gave a 5 star review. God help you though if you have a problem. The customer service is terrible, they do not care, they have your money and they just ignore you. I still love the car just the business does not do anything to assist you once they have your money. I booked my car in for its first service. I noticed the front 2 tyres were completely bald on the outside edges. There is a problem with the tracking, I requested a warranty claim and I have been driving around in a hire car whilst they address the faulty tracking and change 2 tyres under the warranty for 3 weeks. The customer service manger is absolutely useless, she does not return calls, when you simply want to get an idea of when you might actually be able to
Collect your car. They will not reimburse the car hire costs for this rediculous, unreasonable amount of time I have had to wait for my car to be returned. Be very careful if you are considering buying a car from this business as they will leave you stranded and with a car hire bill for 3 weeks! It would have been easier and cheaper for me to have just gone out and purchased the tyres myself, and I think that is what they wanted all along rather than honour a legitimate claim. After forcing me to keep extending the car hire as they would not advise me when I might actually get me car back, they then insisted I pay the service bill before I get my car back, absolutely no concept of customer service, the leasr they could of done is given the free service which is less than half the cost I have had to pay to hire a car.
