Niet tevreden met hun uitleg, we hebben zelfs een auto moeten huren omdat ze zogezegd geen vervangstuk vonden. We vonden het wel in een andere store.
Ze hadden ook geen vervangwagen.....die hebben ze nooit, hij is altijd juist uitgeleend ........jammer maar helaas, wij gaan er nooit meer.

I was originally interested in a car they was selling but was to late they said they would be happy to help me with obtaining a vehicle for my needs I explained I needed a automatic car as of health reasons also given advice on a vehicle which fits the bill was due on site the following week, as I don't live locally I kept my eye on the website I seen the said vehicle and dropped in a while after as over one hundred klms drive I spoke with Antonio and he was interested in my car took details down an would be in touch the following day regarding a deal an price for my car I waited for the call as the next day came I waited for a few more hours then called him again still no further forward as he was waiting for the boss man no problem said he call before lunch as the boss would be on site before lunchtime.still no call waited until today and again called the office this time was not interested in my car as of a move to different premises an location in the next month or so I asked more on this he had no answer I explained I believe it is due to the fact that they have a vehicle of same make model but two years older than mine and the price of there vehicle against mine they were unable to make a very profitable decision hence saying they where not interested in taking mine in exchange plus my cash.. a profit of course but not enough in their eyes, an they say customer service is the priority of their business as I now know from what they feel on this deal they did not contact me regarding any comments that they had nor just phone me to explain anything just ignored me and hope I would disappear they at first where asking me what vehicle I needed ... All was needed was a respectful call to explain than just ignore myself .. I was even recommended to this dealer .. Thanks for your customer support in this matter .

El personal muy amable y atento, buen servio postventa hasta que surgieron los problemas graves, el personal sigue siendo muy amable el problema, en mi opinión es el jefe que cuando tiene q hacer frente a la garantía de un elevalunas que se rompe te dice q eso no lo cubre la garantía y te cobra 80€ que es lo q se supone q vale el motor del elevalunas y mas tarde me he tenido q gastar mas de 1000€ en arreglar la caja de cambios, q por una negligencia de sus mecánicos al dejarse un lugar de esta sin lubricante rompió algunos engranages, y el turbo el cual ya estaba defectuoso desde la venta.
Aun estoy esperando a q me llamen para darme una solución, aunque su escusa es q la garantía se ha cumplido, pero claro yo tengo un bar y en todo el verano, 4 meses, yo no he cogido el coche y cuando he empezado a andar con el, ya sin garantía le han salido todas las averías y yo no le he pedido q lo page todo pero si una parte y hasta el día de hoy no hay respuesta

Compré un coche me dijeron que estaba todo revisado me lo querían vender sin ITV y ahora se le parte la cadena de distribución 3.000€ que me dure un año el coche no Os Aconsejo Comprar aqui
