We started to research car dealerships a year before moving to Spain. We needed to rent a car initially, and the service that PadPall offered to source a car throughout Spain within the renting period was especially attractive. We spoke to Mandy at PadPall for a rental, and a car was waiting for us as soon as we arrived. We then met Justin and discussed our list of requirements that we needed for a car purchase. Justin sourced a car within 2 days and all the preparations and legal checks were completed within a week for us to collect the car. The car was valeted and in show room condition!

PadPall Albox is an excellent car sales and rental business. Great team Mandy for rentals and we have mostly dealt with Justin and Lidia for sales. Bought two cars from PadPall and about to buy our third. Justin is great no hard core pressure sales, he listens to what you need, offers good advice. Easy to deal with , friendly and approachable and if he doesn’t have what you need he will source the car you want. Very good after sales support, responsive to contact and will go out of his way to assist you. Lidia has been fabulous sorting out all the paperwork for sales, ensuring we have all the necessary documents and dealing with the processes for two purchases that were on UK plates. Even when we got grumpy with the waiting for plates on a previous purchase Justin and Lidia were patient and supportive throughout. Hence we went back to them when we needed another car. Rented a car recently and found it to be a smooth straight forward process, hassle free with Mandy’s friendly approach and prompt confirmation of booking via email. I dealt with Justin from the start, very good communication, he found us the car we wanted, we didn't give him much time but he came through. Our car was there for us the day we landed, I am extremely grateful to Justin and his team and would highly recommend PadPal.
After moving to Albox on my own and not knowing anyone in the area I needed to buy a car quickly to save on renting. Not only did Justin at PadPall arrange a rental for me until he could source a car, he sourced the exact car I wanted for the exact price and spec and I took delivery in 2 weeks. Justin and Padpal’s service has been exceptional, explaining everything in detail, arranging everything to purchase the car and responsive to all my queries - highly recommend their service!
I came across PayPall cars while researching buying a car for our move to Spain. Although they did not have the car in stock I was looking for, I contacted them to enquire if they could source it. I was very specific about the make, model, mileage and age of the car.
Not only did they meet all the criteria but managed to find me a better deal, exceeding my expectations. Justin, personally fully inspected the cars, took them for a test drive and then provided me with feedback and pictures. It was a very personal service, I was kept informed at every stage of the process and any issues were dealt with immediately. This alleviated any stress as I was still in the UK.
They took all the strain and hassle out of finding the car for us as well as seeking out insurance and sorting all the registration paperwork, they even had the car waiting for us at the airport. We stepped off the plane, into the car and set off for our new life in the sun.
I had an issue with the car not long after I took ownership, which was of my own doing. Justin stepped in and helped me get the issue sorted.

Vele misverstanden bij het huren van een auto. We hebben 175 € betaald e hebben er a dag kunnen mee rijden omdat er 3 maal een verkeerde sleutel was . We konden nergens naartoe omdat de deuren niet konden sluiten .
Maar helaas, zij hadden en hebben gelijk en wij zijn de slechterikken .
Nochtans gaf de blonde mevrouw wel toe dat de mekanieker gezegd had dat de sleutel werkte. ........
We waren nochtans van plan om de rode Volvo aan te kopen .

Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your rental experience, and we do appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation.
To begin with, we understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with issues related to the remote central locking. However, we would like to clarify that the key itself was fully functional and the vehicle could be started and driven. The issue was limited to the remote not locking the doors electronically. When you later picked up the spare key, you arrived in your own vehicle, so unfortunately we were unable to test the key on-site with the car. As we had two spare keys at the time, it wasn’t clear which was last paired with the central locking.
It’s also worth noting that the key issue arose after a prior request was made to cancel and refund the rental, as your personal vehicle was repaired sooner than expected. As per our rental terms, we were unable to issue a refund for the shortened period, which may have understandably added to your frustration.
We truly regret that this led to a negative experience and to a breakdown in communication. Our team, including the technician and the colleague you spoke with, did their best to address your concerns within the limits of what was possible.
We value all feedback and will certainly reflect on this situation to continue improving our service.

We used Padpal to purchase a car and sell our car at the same time. The car we purchased has a couple of minor faults and was rectified immediately when we returned it, Justin even gave us a courtesy car free of charge. It took Padpal around six weeks to sell our car, the money was transferred within 24 hours into our bank.
We would highly recommend this company either to purchase or sell your vehicle, we would definitely go back for another vehicle when the time comes to part ex.

I was desperate for a diesel car as the itv on my old car ran out within weeks. I was told that if I came back a week later they would have a diesel car in within my budget. When I returned I was told that car was permanently off the road and was that they had a cheaper petrol car available. I stupidly didn't check it over or ask for a test drive because I had been violently raped by a guest weeks earlier and at the time would have jumped off a cliff if I had been asked to. I bought the car and the third time I drove it within the space of 5 minutes the oil light came on, the speed dropped to 50km an hour and then smoke started coming out of the engine. Naturally I pulled over and called the breakdown service. Fortunately the traffic police turned up and asked why I had pulled over on the auto via and were able to give the breakdown service my location and arrange to get me home and for the breakdown service to take my car to padpal the next day when they reopened. Padpal said that the car needed a new engine and that this would take 2 days to fit. It actually took a month and they had the nerve to ask me for another 250 euros as the new engine had cost more than they had expected. I refused to pay this as since buying the car I had been told by at least 10 different people that padpal were well known crooks plus my solicitor had advised me to file a denuncia against them. The car they sold me cost the same as my old diesel car had done 7 years ago. My old car had done less kilometers and came with a years warranty. When I finally picked up the car from padpal they told me to return in a few days to report any problems with it. When I did this they told me to get the problems fixed at my expense and walked away. The new engine beeps every 15 to 120 seconds, the tracking is out, one windscreen wiper is so old no reputable itv station would have passed it, there is a dent at the back which padpal say I must have caused, which of course I didn't, one of the door rattles. They said that the engine blew up due to me overdriveing the car but I had only driven it to the supermarket twice which is minutes away. During the month they took to fit a new engine I had to cancel 4 hospital appointments in Almeria because I have tumors on my liver, Parkinson disease, digestive problems and a tumor on my pituitary gland. There is no way I could have overdriven the car, as they claim and had I known what I now know about their reputation as being crooks, there is no way that I would have considered buying a car from them. I intend to take legal action against them and advise everyone to avoid this business as they truly are crooks
Dear Jane, we have responded to you complaint multiple times now - in person, via e-mail and today over the phone.
We were equally disappointed when your car developed an engine fault and we have done our best and acted without hesitation to get this resolved.
We ordered new engine, fully paid for it and for the labour cost involved in an engine swap.
Upon car inspection it was clear you have not stopped when the warning lights came on and the car was overdriven - which you confirmed with us on the day you came into our showroom and today over the phone. You admitted that you carrying on driving after the warning light came on.
We asked you for a small contribution of 250 Euros towards labour cost on elements that were destroyed by overdriving - which you agreed to, but upon collection you have refused to pay this saying you have lost 1 month of your insurance and ITV while your car was being repaired and you weren't happy to pay, so we accepted that and you left without paying the agreed figure.
The repair took almost 4 weeks, which is about standard time in Spain for any garage - taking into consideration - time to find the right engine, waiting for it to be delivered, testing and all the labour involved in an engine swap. We wished this was done quicker, but at no point we told you this would take 2 days and we kept you informed throughout the entire process.
You have confirmed today over the phone that the car runs fine and drives without problems, which we are very pleased about.
You have returned almost 2 weeks after the collection with a massive dent at the back of the car claiming it was done by us. We have not sold you a car with a dent, nor we returned it with a dent. We have images to proof that. The fact that it took you 2 weeks to notice that very noticiable dent is a bit of a mistery...And yes, we have refused to fix that and we also refused to pay the 500 Euros compensation you asked for for the dent that appeared after the car was back in your ownership.
Your current complaints are:
-engine beep - you will probably find this is the warning you're in the wrong gear - which we already explained
- air con re-gas and windscreen wiper - none of which are warrantable parts and were in good and working condition when you bought the car. Just to add the aircon regass is around 100 Euros locally and new wipers around 20 Euros, so you're total complaint value is maximum 150 Euros.
It's a 18 years old car and continues maintenance by the owner will be required to keep this car runnnning smooth.
We acted over and above our required duties and within the law and our obligations to waranty engine and gear box on a 18 year old car. All wear and tear parts like wipers or aircon re-gas are responsibility of the current owner. We also can not be held responsible for any dents or damages you do to your car after you drove away from our showroom. That's what your insurance cover is for.
If you believe the ITV (which was conducted by reputable ITV station) should have failed this car 4 months ago on a case of one wathered windscreen wiper - feel free to contact them directly with your complaint - you have all their details on the ITV report.
We are truly sorry you feel this way and it's very upsetting to hear what you have been through and we hope 2025 will bring you calm and good health.

We hired a car from Justin when we first arrived in Spain. Very reasonable rates. Then we decided to buy a car. Justin didn't have one in stock but happily drove to Barcelona to source one for me successfully. I would put lower than one star but I don’t think there is any option for that only bought a car in May 2022 and used it for 10 to 12 days, a thousand kilometres, two tanks of fuel and the head has already gone and a gasket.
Things happen with Cars admittedly but when approached Justin wanted me to pay for the whole lot apart from some of the labour, I too was told that it was a part that was not under warranty, unsurprisingly. The car should be guaranteed for a year The car has gone to another garage now and hopefully will be able to sort the problems out in time.
Time and stress will be Irretrievable but I hope anybody will do due diligence.
With reference to your response below you were not doing the repair for nothing. At the end of the day Justin you know the truth so do I and a review is a review I do have Correspondences between us to the fact I appreciate your response many thanks for your time
Good very genuine people (which you don't often find in the car trade )There cars seem reasonable but only ever a limited stock.. but they will do their upmost to source the vehicle your looking for, I've known them to go all the way to Bilbao to get a car..
