What a great service Gary Spurling offers. I specified what car I would like, Gary searched until he found exactly what I wanted, at a great price and organised all the paperwork as well. I will definitely go to him for my next car, takes all the stress out of buying a car, I would highly recommend him

I’ve bought several cars from this company and have never had a problem
I know Gary Spurling is passionate about his customer after sales service
I asked Gary about the negative review that has been put on here and he assures me that he is doing everything to assist the owner on a valid warranty claim. The warranty is a Spanish warranty in Spain but the owner refuses to communicate in Spanish.

Dear god give me strength !!! Bought a car from this company and the anti pollution warning kept coming on display unit. This was from day 2 of buying the car. Contacted them now 38 times in total as we have the numbers and texts on my bills but with only 4 responses with very little help which is promised on purchase. The warranty company they put us with also don;t answer any calls or emails. We are now approaching 6 months since purchasing this car. To end up paying for the lot. What a waste of effort time and money. Buyer be very very aware. All 4 tyres are remoulds that were all split right the way around the tyres. How dangerous is that. This can't even be blamed on us as we have only done 250 km since we bought it and it had "supposedly been through the MOT" (not on those tyres is didn't) Another 300 euro fork out. So far since purchase we have had to pay out nearly £1000. Poor communication and after sale. On your own head be it.

We feel we bent over backwards in helping you with GarantiPlus which is the largest Spanish warranty company in Spain, The part was covered and all you had to do was to go to one of their authorised workshops in your area (due to our garage being four hours away from your home and you didn't want to bring the car back to us) for the repair to be carried out and, as we both know, they tried on numerous times to contact you to confirm this by email and telephone. We also translated for you the 24 page warranty contract outlining your cover.

Yes agreed, they were emailing you in Spanish. That's because you purchased a Spanish car with a Spanish legal warranty in Spain.
However to help we also made sure that Gemma From GrantiPlus Head Office in Madrid (who speaks English) was helping you with your claim and I have a text from you stating you were now liaising with her and was happy.

Regarding the insinuation that we changed all of the tyres after the ITV (MOT) is unbelievable. Number one they don't do remoulds in Spain so we have to disregard your comment there.
Also you purchased your car through eBay (at a discounted price) where you could confirm, as I can, they where the original tyres on the pictures supplied. Which also confirms they were in good condition and went through a government ITV (MOT) just days before we delivered the car to you at Murcia airport, where you inspected the car and took it for a 10 km test drive and was very happy at the time.
