Buying the car was done quickly and efficiently everything was explained to us clearly

Jag köpte en dyr bil för 5000 euro som det har varit flera fel på. Det upptäcktes redan veckan efter, ingen ac som fungerar, inte heller värmen. Och flera larm om fel. Men han menar att inget gäller för garantin! Så han lurade mig och sålde en trasig bil dyrt. Jag avråder från att handla här. Jag är så besviken och känner mig väldigt lurad. Nu sitter jag och kör bilen med en filt över benen.

El trato con Alba inmejorable, una gran profesional. Tuvimos un inconveniente con una avería, lo solucionó de inmediato. No esperaba menos la verdad. Súper amable y educada en todo momento. Compré un BMW x5, me lo entregó con todo el mantenimiento y una garantía súper completa. Además me hizo el mantenimiento de la caja gratis, todo un detalle de su parte.

Un gran estafador. Te vende el coche y luego se desentiende de los problemas. Nos ha tocado denunciarle y mientras, mi coche se va a quedar en un taller sin que lo pueda usar, porque este sinvergüenza no quiere pagar por el arreglo de algo que me vendió el roto. Espero que la justicia haga su trabajo y le ponga los puntos sobre las íes a este estafador.

Purchased a car one year ago with a new ITV. Taken car for ITV today and failed on fitted items it had on last year. ie blacked out rear lights. . Over €1000 worth of problems. Tried phoning them and no answer. Not a great experience

Compré el coche en setiembre del 2024.Durante el proceso de compraventa, todo fue bien. Y el vendedor decía que el coche iba bien. A los pocos kms de recibirlo, dio fallo de motor:
7 meses, sin poder utilizar el vehículo, debido a las reparaciones. Fue necesario un Peritaje Judicial.
NI LA GARANTÍA, NI El VENDEDOR, SON NADA RECOMENDABLES.
HE PUESTO DEMANDA JUDICIAL.

The process of buying the car went quick, and the questions we asked were not answered truthfully. We asked questions regarding the cars history and state, and received answers we after a while figured out could not be right.

Some issues we were not warned of were:
One of the windows are not escalating as it should.
The seatbelts does not fully retract.
The oil is leaking (leaving our garage with a total mess)
The washed fluid tank is leaking (needs to be filled after two usages)
A lot of noise when driving over 80 km/h (that comes from loose parts)
A lot of problems with the AC;

One week after the purchase the AC stopped working. We asked to have this fixed, which took more than one month. After it got fixed the first time, it only took two weeks for it to stop working again, which again took another month to fix. The AC made a sound when starting the car, which we were told was coming from the CD-player. This was also false information.

The transfer papers also took a long time for us to recieve. We were told it will be arriving at the end of the first week, but we received it after more than one month.

Contacting them before our purchase was good, and they prioritized us as customers, however, once we had bought the car, they started ignoring messages about the errors, ignoring calls, not calling back. At one point we had to send a message everyday, and after five days of constant messaging without an answer, they answered short.

I would NOT RECOMMEND anyone going here to buy or sell a car. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism and I hope whoever reads this will think twice before buying or selling their car through this company.
