COMPRA VENTA DE COCHES - ORIHUELA COSTA - AUTO ROIG II

Compré un coche en Autos Roig la semana pasada, en concreto un Ford Fusion, y estoy muy satisfecho con la experiencia de compra y con el estado impecable del vehículo. El gerente, Mario, es muy atento y disponible y un gran profesional. Me ha asesorado muy bien antes de la compra y me ha dado consejos muy útiles para el correcto mantenimiento del coche. Recomendable al 100%

Para comprar el coche todo muy bien (julio 2021). A los pocos meses pasé porque sentía un ruido y ya el trato cambió. Hace unos días llevé el coche a revisión a otro sitio y resulta que las ruedas estaban caducadas, eran del 2012!!! La antena no funciona y me dijeron en la compraventa que no era nada serio, hace poco lo llevé para ponerla y cuesta casi €300 instalarla!! El pito no sonaba y la compraventa para que se los comprase me puso un botón por el salpicadero para poder pitar. En la itv de este año me pidieron que lo ponga en el volante que es su sitio. Me he estado informando y éso cuesta más de €300!!!!! Cuidado al comprar en autos Roig II!!!!!! Maquillan los coches son amables y simpáticos hasta que se realiza la compra. Luego no te quieren ver por ahí!!!!!

Estaba buscando un vehículo de ocasión y descubrí las instalaciones por internet. En el sitio me atendió Mario quien me informó de manera exquisita de los vehículos de los que disponían y adquirí un Opel Astra. Pasado un tiempo tuve un problema con el alternador y me lo solucionaron rápidamente. Estoy muy satisfecho con el trato y el servicio. Son de plena confianza.

Fui a ver un coche y el trato al cliente muy malo, la persona con quién hable Mario, muy déspota en e la trato. No dan ninguna garantía por el coche en venta y muy mal trato al cliente. No los recomiendo.

¡Trato profesional, el vehículo está en un estado excepcional y sin duda esta compra-venta la seguiría recomendando!

I recently bought a car from Auto Roig, and the experience was excellent. Mario was extremely helpful, providing great service both during the sale and afterwards. He took care of small issues like a broken sun visor and a faulty window switch, repairing them at no cost to me. He even replaced the worn gearstick cover so it looked like new, and kindly left some petrol in the car so I didn’t have to worry about filling up right away. Overall, I got a great car at a great price, with outstanding aftercare. Highly recommended!

After 5 years owning a holiday home it was time to look at buying a car for airport etc.
Having looked on various websites we came across a car at Auto Roig. I contacted them and Mario got back to me with all the papers and history of the car plus a full in depth video of the car both inside and out as we was back in the uk. We agreed a price and Mario sorted all the paperwork. He even contacted the airport parking company we chose with all the car details. There was an issue with a blown headlight bulb but after contacting Mario it was ordered and replaced the same day. Extremely happy with the whole buying process.

I don't usually write reviews but I thought I should share my experience. Last October I purchased my first car in Spain car from James. All the necessary paperwork was completed with absolutely no hassle at all.
After a few months I had a minor mechanical issue with the car, I rerurned back to James and he booked the car in for repair. New parts were fitted and the car returned in perfect condition.
It was great to be able to rely on the warranty provided at the point of sale and my experience proves that Autoroig honours their commitment's.

We have just purchased a car from Nordi in Auto roig ll. We returned there happily, because of the help and quality of service we received a year ago (our car last year was repaired and then re-sprayed. It was a fantastic job) This time, he helped us so much after our car had to be replaced. He phoned when he said he would, kept us always informed and fulfilled promises he made. All the paperwork was done too. We would have no hesitation in recommending this garage for both repairs and buying a car. We will return!

I bought a car in February this year from Auto Roig 11 I dealt with Their sales man Nordi, as we couldn't come back to Spain due to covid 19 until now the car stood outside our property in La Florida. The cars battery went flat and Nordi replaced it without any quibbles whatsoever. Great team and service, I will definitely use them for my next car.

We have recently bought a car and found the whole experience seamless. Nordi was extremely helpful and attentive. He supported us through the whole process. Very personable. We would also like to mention the mechanic Paolo, although we could not speak a lot of Spanish he was very friendly and tried to chat with us. The car was immaculate on collection. We had a noise on our steering and James quickly booked us in for an inspection.
I took the car in as arranged and was delighted that it could be repaired that morning. I got a call a couple of hours later from Nordi to collect it. Professional service, very efficient and a good price.
