Desaconsejable total. Cuando lean esto pondrán las excusas que quieran, pero vendedores que hacen lo que me hicieron ha mi, no merecen la pena. Si estás interesado ponte en contacto conmigo y te cuento, luego tú decides si comprar aquí, o irse a otro sitio. En Facebook me puedes mandar mensajes y te informo. Tocan hasta los kms.

Mala experiencia.
Compré un coche que tenía desperfectos no visibles fácilmente como los discos de freno, fuga de aceite y demás. Por insistencia (llevamos a nuestro propio mecánico), lo arreglaron antes de dármelo, pero 1000€ que se querían ahorrar ya de primeras.
Nos dijeron que nos daban un papel para conducirlo temporalmente y en un mes tendríamos los papeles a nuestro nombre.
Han pasado CUATRO MESES y además de que no cogen el teléfono, cuando nos presentamos allí no me dan solución. Echan la culpa al propietario del coche ya vendido, no me pasan con el jefe… Sigo sin tener el coche a mi nombre, cuando está pagado desde el primer día.
Siguen sin resolvérmelo, pasándose el problema de unos a otros. FATAL SERVICIO, muy descontentos con la experiencia.

Really good service, with a wide variety of cars. I bought a BMW 320GT, and I have to say that I really appreciated the service from the employees, especially of Vaida. I got full help from her, and she acted profesional during my purchase.
Overall, buying in Autoluk is a win or win decision, which must be taken.

bought a super nice BMW 320 convertible at this top store. the service is great and the coffee too. fine people and nothing is too much. even when we didn't get the carplay to work myself, I was able to come by right away and their mechanic helped us super and everything works. we are very happy with our purchase at this store.

Mi experiencia con la compra de un Mercedes GLA 200d 4MATIC en Autoluk Selection ha sido negativa.
– El coche se anunció sin antecedentes de accidentes, pero después constaté que sí los tenía.
– Se indicó que llevaba bola de remolque, pero no estaba incluida al recogerlo.
– La comunicación con el personal fue complicada y no resolvieron los problemas a mi satisfacción.
Por todo ello, no recomiendo comprar allí

My experience purchasing a Mercedes GLA 200d 4MATIC from Autoluk Selection has been negative.
– The car was advertised as having no accident history, but I later found out that it did.
– It was stated that it had a tow ball, but it was not included when I picked it up.
– Communication with the staff was difficult and they did not resolve the issues to my satisfaction.
For all these reasons, I do not recommend buying there.
