Bij het zoeken naar een wagen in Spanje kwamen we bij veel moeilijkheden terecht. Hoe gebeurt de inschrijving? Garantie? Verzekering? Belasting? Bovendien kom je op veel websites terecht die soms heel mooie prijzen tonen, maar je mag bvb geen proefrit maken. Zo kwamen we bij FWR Frank . De informatie die we kregen , eerst via mail, gebeurde altijd correct en vlug. Bij onze proefrit kregen we de nodige informatie, en mochten alleen de wagen testen , waardoor we goed de motor konden horen, foto's trekken, alles bekijken... We werden nooit onder druk gezet om snel een beslissing te nemen. Ook na de aankoop, administratief gebeurde alles via mail op een bijzonder correcte manier. Frank is iemand die veel van auto's kent, en klanten goed behandeld. We kunnen iedereen aanraden hier te komen kijken!

I can honestly say that the most excellent courtesy and attention that you have afforded me on each occasion has been second to none. Each car I have purchased has been fully ITV tested and thoroughly checked over by yourself prior to collection. The additional offer that you will endeavor to try and source a particular vehicle if possible just goes to show the lengths that you will go to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Frank is one of the nicest people to deal with. He puts himself out to be helpful and nothing seems to be too much trouble.

His location only minutes from Alicante airport is a bonus too.

Ich kann die guten Eindrücke leider nicht bestätigen! Ich fuhr hin, um mir ein Fahrzeug, das auf der Webseite angeboten wurde, vor Ort anzusehen. Man glaubt es kaum, das Fahrzeug war "soeben verkauft"! Der Händler wollte es gerade aus dem Internet nehmen. Heute, 7 Tage später, steht es immer noch auf der Webseite zum Verkauf! Ich erachte das als völlig unseriös und hätte kein Vertrauen, dass andere Dinge seriöser wären.

We recently bought a Toyota Aygo from Frank at FWR Eurocars. They are a friendly family run business and Frank’s openness and lack of the usual car salesman bs gave us confidence from the start. The car had been ITV’d, serviced and very well presented when we collected it. We’re pleased with our purchase and would recommend FWR.
