Una empresa vergonzosa no alquiles con ellos ,son muy incompetentes y los coches no son suyos son de clientes
Buenas tardes señor, nuestra empresa lleva 04 años de antiguedad y la flota que disponemos es nuestra, ademas la ley no permite alquiler coches de clientes esta prohibido, igualemente gracias por tu opinion .
Fatal muy irresponsables.ni siquiera me buscaron coche cuando me decían que no me preocupara.me voy mañana a casa y todavía les estoy esperando que me contesten.
En el nombre de nuestra empresa pedimos disculpa ,hemos tenido muchas reservas este verano, y si no tenemos la reserva confirmada no podemos guardar un coche .

SCAM! Do not visit. We rented a car for a long travel we were told that there is no limit on mileage as we have notified in advance when we came to deliver the car we were told that actually in the contract the limit is 1500 km. Before head we have checked the limit and it was not in the contract (added in the last moment) we had to pay an extra 500€ charge as we have “exceeded the mileage”

En nuestra empresa valoramos la transparencia y siempre precuramos que todos los términos del contrato incluyendo los limites de kilometraje estén claramente especificados desde el principio . tenias un contrato de una semana a 1500km , nos dijiste que ibas a Bilbao y fuiste a Francia de esto no te hemos cobrado la penalización , y te hemos regalado un día

I absolutely love this place! My wife and I recently needed a rental for a 4 day trip. Nina and Amen at the Cala De VillaJoyosa location gave us an exceptional experience. We felt good about the place as soon as we stepped in. They are very friendly and helpful. The car we drove was in great condition, very well maintained. I was so impressed. On the day we returned the vehicle, they didn't pressure us on returning it at a specific time. We returned it at our convenience. With our experiences in renting a car in the past, this one is by far our favourite. I highly recommend them! Thank you guys for your professionalism and kindness throughout the process. We love you guys and we will definitely come back to you when we need to rent a car again.
